About Us

Thank you for choosing Carolina Hearing Center. We want your time with us to be a positive experience. Some information that may be helpful at your first and subsequent visits:

• We are contracted with most insurances. Please call our office at 864-281-9440 to verify if your insurance is accepted. We will bill most insurance. However, you are responsible for your co-pay and deductible at the time of your visit. We accept VISA, Mastercard, personal check, and cash. We do not accept Discover or American Express.

• We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete paperwork and register as a new patient. Our new patient forms are available to print and fill out ahead of time by clicking on the forms on the bottom left of this page. If you complete these forms ahead of time and bring them with you to your appointment this will assist you with the check in process.

• Please bring your insurance card, all medications, and any
x-ray or film pertaining to your visit. If we cannot verify your insurance you may be asked to pay your visit in full.

• All new patients seeing the physicians are scheduled by physician referral only. Please ask your family doctor or pediatrician to call us and refer you. We do not accept self referrals for new patient appointments at this time.

• Referrals are not required for Audiology patients that may be interested in purchasing hearing aids. Insurance typically doesn’t pay for hearing aids but we are happy to verify your policy.
